Come home.

Tune into the quiet space inside.
Feel who you really are.
And move toward your soul’s desires.

Hi there,

I’m Rachael, a meditation teacher and coach.

I love helping people reconnect with their deeper self and begin to play with life with openness and a growing sense of inner authority.

I was guided to this work as a result of my own inner struggles…and the journey toward becoming more me.

I’ll be sharing more here soon.

In the meantime, you are warmly invited to join me over at my podcast, The Soft Way.
