Untangle Yourself From The Thoughts That Hold You Back. Live Freely.
with Rachael’s signature program:
Learning to Be Free.
Let’s be real.
Life is challenging.
Stressful work, tricky relationships, lack of time, the cost of…everything.
And when your mind is constantly spinning out negative stories, it can feel unbearable.
I’m not (fill in the blank) enough
So and so doesn’t like me
I’m so incompetent
People can’t be trusted
I look old
I should be more like her
There’s not enough time to get everything done
I’m a bad person
Everything is so expensive
If I say that, I’ll look stupid
etc.
Despite being mostly based on fiction, this internal chatter creates real feelings of stress & anxiety in the body.
So in an attempt to numb the discomfort, you look for a distraction. Alcohol, social media, Netflix (or all of those). But the fleeting sense of ease they bring is quickly replaced by guilt.
So you’ve probably tried the healthier alternatives too:
Yoga
Aromatherapy
Breathwork
Self-help books
And caught a glimpse of what empowerment feels like. But you’re not sure how to weave that into the choppy waves of real life as it unfolds.
So when the next morning rolls around and it’s back to the emotional chaos of your job or home life, the stress and anxiety strike again.
And you feel powerless.

First, this is normal. The nervous system is wired to overreact to keep us safe. But balance is possible. Because your brain physiology and mental habits are malleable.
In other words, you can learn to direct the course of your experience, cultivate supportive inner qualities, and ultimately, take charge of your life.
However, listening to a guided meditation here and there won’t quite cut it.
In order to change those age-old habits, you’re invited to be methodical.
Which is why I’ve developed the Three By Four Method™ that I teach inside my private offering, Learning to Be Free.
In this program, we build the three core skills of Awareness, Acceptance, and Activation, via four sacred practices (shown below).

A New Way
Four Sacred Practices
Learning
Sacred practice #1
You’ll learn core skills, supported by new and ancient wisdom, to create new levels of awareness and choice.
Contemplation
Sacred practice #2
Through reflective writing, you’ll gain insights into how the new skills and ideas are true and relevant for you personally.
Meditation
Sacred practice #3
You’ll develop a solid meditation practice to strengthen the inner skills for freedom, like focus, acceptance and gentleness.
Integration
Sacred practice #4
As opportunities to weave the inner shifts into your day-to-day life present themselves, you’ll reinforce a new, liberated way of being.
You won’t just learn how to meditate.
The way you think, feel and move through your life will undergo a process of renovation.
You’ll unearth new ways of being in the world…
→ Worries about what people think about you will lose power.
→ With quiet mastery, you will use your attention to actually support you.
→ You will feel brighter, more resilient and more in touch with the magic of life - the magic of you.
We’ll begin with a Connection Call to discuss your goals.
Then, if we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll set a start date!
Each week, you’ll receive:
Lessons & Practices to build the essential skills of Learning to Be Free.
1-1 Sessions to reinforce your practice, iron out any kinks and identify opportunities to gain more freedom in your daily life.

The answers is highly likely, if:
You’re done with feeling bad about yourself and you long to experience a deep sense of self-acceptance
You want to stop living in a state of fight or flight and shift to a default mode that is calm, centered, and at ease
You know there’s magic inside of you (even if it seems to be buried deep)
You’re ready to be an active agent of change in your own life
You’re open and willing to commit to a daily meditation practice (we’ll make this easy!)
The answers is not right now, if:
You’re currently dealing with severe depression, anxiety or another clinical mental health condition.
You’re not open to seeing things (including yourself) differently
You’re not ready to commit to regular practice outside of the 1-1 sessions
What if I already meditate?
Mindfulness Mentorship is largely about being supported to not only build inner skills but to use them in your inner and outer life, daily.
So this may be equally beneficial for you if you have not tried meditation, you have tried it but don’t practice daily, or you practice regularly but you don’t feel like it’s making enough of an impact on your life.
If it’s a highly likely, and something inside is pulling you forward, fill out the form and let’s chat 😊

P.S. if you have questions, don’t let that hold you back from filling out the form. This is what our Connection Call is for. You’re also welcome to send me an email.
